Processing Receipts as PDF not JPG

Currently receipts are exported as JPGs.

The benefit of using PDFs instead would be

• you could standardize on PDFs for everything instead of supporting jpg&pdf

• pdf can be full text searchable for further user processing

• you could even embed the extracted receipts metadata into the pdf for user document search

• pdf viewer components already exist and can be reused so users get zoom/paging etc

• accountants expect PDF receipts more then JPG receipts

• keeping receipts as PDF is standard so users don’t get surprised and disappointed that Spark uses JPGs
