Add 'Category' to Recent Documents Overview

Add 'Category (ie Meals and Entertainment' to the Recent documents quick overview. When uploading receipts with photos I usually review 3 things: the date, total amount and the category to ensure it is being filed correctly. Adding the 'Category' would save me from having to open the entry and check to make sure it is correct and then go back to photo another reciept. See attached photo on where it could we written.
