Allow to define structure of ZIP file export

For further processing, the ZIP file export feature should allow to customize the export folder structure : For instance letting the user provide a folder mask with variables (ex: \%catname%\ or \%YEAR%\%MONTH%\) and some checkboxes like “do not export CSV summary”
