Auto-PDF incoming emails?

Things never look right with images email signatures just looking very hard to read when emails get embedded into entries.

If there is no PDF attachment in the forwarded receipt, automatically turning that incoming email to a PDF and attaching it instead of embedding, would help make things legible and later on easily printable. Now I understand some people may not want this so it could be an option that could be turned on by choice.
