I would love to have an option to turn this off per account as well.

Hi! Thanks for the feedback.
Automatic line item extraction is a much anticipated feature that is available on the Elite plan, and as a limited feature preview on the Pro and Free plans.
If you have the Pro plan, the line item extraction will stop working once you hit the limit of 5 documents.
If you are on the Elite plan, you can contact support@sparkreceipt.com to request disabling the feature for your account.
