If this was delivered it would be simple to import the files into any accounting software or file repository.
I understand the desire to get QBO, Xero, etc integrated, but frankly this simple fix with the filename (see also problem with Merchant in separate comment) would allow anyone with basic computer skills to import documents into practically any software.
Accordingly, please please devote some efforts to improving file naming.

The existing naming is useless for me because in "YYYY-MM-DD_Merchant_Currency_Amount" Merchant is actually rendered with an underline between each word making up the Merchant name. For example, Apple Inc. appears as Apple_Inc. This means that any attempt to parse the file name delivers an unusable Merchant (unless the merchant name is one word).
For example, if the invoice is dated 2025-09-15, merchant is Apple Inc., for USD 15.99,
the following can be parsed:
2025-09-15
Apple
Inc.
USD
15.99
If the merchant name was instead Apple Pty Ltd, the following would be parsed:
2025-09-15
Apple
Pty
Ltd
USD
15.99
The merchant name does not work.
Please insert a space between words making up the merchant name instead of an underline.

The exports and web app downloader (both single and batch) now follow a format:
"YYYY-MM-DD_Merchant_Currency_Amount"
For mobile app this is still in progress. Also small customizations would be great to have.

And if possible have this custom naming feature available for batch downloading of receipts (and not just single sharing of one receipt). Thanks 🙏

Can this feature also allow you to download reciepts into gdrive or to your computer for tax compliance. (Ideally bulk download)

For bulk downloading I recommend the Excel / CSV export. It will generate a ZIP file with the spreadsheet, as well all the files neatly organized and named in the naming scheme above.
This ticket only refers to the "Share" function in the mobile app, which uses the platform native share dialog. The naming in that has proven difficult, but there should be a library update upcoming that enables it.

Ideally, the file name attributes would be user-selectable in settings.
For me, I would like to have the Payment method to also appear, say, like this:
"YYYY-MM-DD_Merchant_Currency_Amount_Payment method"
