Delete or hide tags that are no longer needed

Feature Request

Currently the app hides tags that are not used by any document, but this does not help if you have e.g. a short term "Project A", and want to declutter the tag list after the project is over.

This management could also include an edit feature that would allow to edit the tag name in all documents that use it.

    This can now be done in the document tags editor in the web application. Found in the top right menu -> Document tags.
