duplicating line items when extracting from a bank statement

Certain line seem to be duplicating when I upload a bank statement. I have emailed through an example of this already.

    Hi

    it appears it is also leaving out certain line items for example:

    31 Mar Internet Trf To Trf 80,000.00 68,178.11 Cr

    there were some blank fields as well in this line, but others with blanks were included, so I cant find any particular reason as to why this was excluded
