Expense report archiving and query.

Add ability to archive expense reports after they’ve been downloaded.  This could simultaneously remove them from the view they’re currently in - giving back screen real estate, and if the archive contained the same ability to query the selected reports and contained expenses in the same way the expense database can be queried- that would be great.
