Expenses deductions from Income

Hi there is there anyway we can deduct expenses from the incomes we aded. For example we have cash and 3 different bank accounts we want to add every-time to the same income and when expenses it should ask every time which account income we spent from for example cash or bank account and it should deduct accordingly
