Extracted Credit Card Statement does not contain Tags

When you create a report based using Extracted Credit Card Statement Transactions, the Tag column shows up blank when there are assigned tags.

    Additionally when generating from teh statement window via export, Payment Method is also not brought into the report but there is a column for it.
