Fetch Receipts from Dropbox/Drive etc

My current receipt processor fetches receipts from Dropbox at regular intervals (I think every 6 hours). This means I just save any pdf receipts to a folder on my computer and they will be uploaded, ready for me to go in to check and process them at some point in the future.
