Make view filters (user filter particularly) persistent across view switching

When reconciling my uploaded data, I am normally working on multiple entries from the perspective of a specific user, account, or transaction type. At present the view filters reset every time I change entry, requiring me to reset the view filters every time I change view. This is laborious and frustrating.
