3 BANK STATEMENTS AND IT ATE UP ALL THE CREDITS, I CRASHED ONCE, TOOK FOREVER JUST TO EXRTRACT THE INFO, NEED TO BE UPDATED DRASTICALLY IN MANY WAYS.. SPEED, CATEGORIZING OPTIONS, NAVIGATING THE SITE IS HORRIBLE AND DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE TUTORIALS, LOUSY UNINFORMATIVE VIDEOS WAISTING PEOPLES TIME.

    You are correct that there are some rough edges that hurt from time to time. We try to do our best to make using the app as frictionless as possible.

    The monthly credit limits can be restrictive if you are uploading documents from a longer time period at once.

    For initial data entry / data import from other systems, you can by extra credits packages if you have to import more than one month at a time. There is a link to the extra credits page in the account menu.
