Provide basic API (for document import)

providing a basic API (similar to current “send by email” featureset) would allow users to implement themselves some requested features using automation tools (like “send new document in dropbox folder to SparkReceipt)

This could also grow SparkReceipt visibility through automation tools integrating the API
