Quick log widget?

Hey,

im looking for more effecient ways to record/log purchases, keep records up to date, and just getting into that habit and really cementing it right at the time of the purchase (otherwise ill forget to do it later and then when I remember to do it, theyve piled up and I really wont want to do it then).

So my thought is to find a widget that can be accessed from my iPhones lock screen, at that point if it only takes pushing 2 buttons to get new data into the app, I should be more likely to stay on top of purchases and hopefully it wont get to a point that id need to spend an hour or more to catch up.

Has anyone come across a native widget? If not, anytime found a great way to create one that seems native?
