small change in how invoices are recorded

When it comes to invoices, not bills, sometimes client use a different software to create the invoices and we are trying to get it that whenever a invoice is paid, it automatically sends a email through to spark with all the details. this is from wix.

Is there a way to make the invoice numbers field available and the class field in spark receipt, as we want the invoice numbers to match correctly, and classes so we can select the relevant agent. this will also require linking products and services as well so that the line items are correctly brought in.
