I am trying to figure out how to assign Job/Project numbers to expenses and lines in expenses. Following the support articles, I should use tags. In Tag Management, you apparently cannot add tags. It appears you can only add tags in an expense….so I can not add all my job numbers without creating a fake expense and adding them all in as tags….as it also appears that if a tag is not used in an expense, it disappears from the list. Tag Management would benefit from being able to add and remove tags. I also have not figured out how to tag a line in an expense.
Additionally, As I would think job/project classification would be a common occurrence, I suggest a dedicated field for this separate from tags.
