Track personal costs and rental income

I am renting out a studio on my private home. its personal income. I also have expenses related to my house that I would like to organise and track in spark. A nice feature would be the ability to have two separate “accounts” but one login. one for personal and one for company. it would all be included in one price. How can I solve this now? i cant mix my personal expenses with my company.
