trying it for the first time but i don't think it's working properly.

I have a clock item next to the date for all the bank statements i uploaded today. I thought it would take seconds for the AI to do its thing but the clock icon persists next to every bank statement in the document browser. Also once i ask it to extract transactions i have no visual indicator that i’ve done this, and since i have lots of statements to work on, i probably asked it to do the same document many times, and i may have even wasted credits unless the software is smart enough to know it’s already done it.
