UX/UI Improvement of dialog box (validation)

Currently, I lose a lot of time when filling any dialog box :

1. All: I cannot validate with the [ENTER] key. So, I’m typing on keyboard, then need to catch the mouse to continue

2. Categories creation : once created, I would like to have an option to create another one (see mockup below). Currently, I need to scroll down, re-clic on create
