ReScan of receipts for new features

It would be helpful to be able to rescan a receipt.

For example currently the credit card only gets assigned if its setup. If I find that out later it would be helpful to rescan those receipts.
Or you are planning on extracting line items. Once that feature is available I might want to rerun the extract process (https://sparkreceipt.featurebase.app/p/breakdown-the-receipt-into-individual-items)

And I do understand that it might incur potentially more AI cost if many users use the feature. So not sure how to handle that but it would be very helpful
