Having a whitelable option with own branding (own emails and own domain, etc) for sharing documents would be fantastic. :)

Custom Fields

Having custom meta fields, could just be simple key/value pair, would be very useful. A simple example, of how it could be used. Went to a restaurant, and at bottom of receipt is a url and a code to a form I can fill out to submit a feedback survey. This data could be saved in custom meta fields as follows: survey_url: surveyexample.com survey_code: 12345 If this data could be sent within the webhooks, I could automate the fill out of this form.

Integration with Google Drive

I attach receipts to software other than Quickbooks. However, if my receipts could be automatically forwarded to a folder I could more easily retrieve them later.

Merge documents

If I send (via email) 3 documents (bill, guarantee, coupon for next purchase ) of the same purchase (see sample below - one purchase of Nike shoes )event, how can I later "combine" them into one expense when they are already stored in the database? I know that I can delete 2 of them, but I would like to have all three documents for later reference - so I must merge them somehow, so it would not multiply expenses 3 times at the same time I would like to have all documents stored

Handle multiple pages PDF scan

For me, it was a basic feature, but I juste discovered it’s not working : when I send a PDF containing multiples pages (generated by a scanner and sent by mail or manualy uploaded, only the first page is analyzed ! Expected behaviour : each page should be analyzed as a separated receipt (I acknowledge that some receipts may be over 1 page long, I guess it then possible to merge 2 documents to make one)

When sharing a receipt or an invoice , Be able to automatically give a name such Company - date - amount ..

Add a suppliers list

Have the option to add an official suppliers list than can be found by address, logo or keywords. (Finding a lot of the same receipts are named differently!)

Zooming in on reciepts

When trying to see numbers on receipts, especially those really LONG till receipts, you need to zoom in to see the numbers are correct, especially the taxes when some things are exempt. With the way it is now, you need to open another window to zoom in, which it sometimes needs even more zoom, but you cannot type into the cells while looking at those numbers. Please add a way to zoom in (multiple times magnification ) on the receipts without having to open another window.

Duplicate Expense

Can there be a feature included to duplicate those expenses that are manual? Such as a cash payout that is done monthly with no receipt. This would mean I could just click on the last entry from last month and duplicate it for the current period, then make date adjustment.

Hi If possible can we have a review status button on the lines page as well so I dont have to click to the other page and change the status and then go back to the lines page. Small thing I know but it will save a few clicks everytime

Bug: on a filtered list "select all" selects items not filtered

To reproduce this issue : Go to https://app.sparkreceipt.com/dashboard/documents/month/2024-11 (or choose a month with entries) add a search filter to reduce list Activate “select”, then “select all” : all items (even not displayed ones) will be affected I‘ve just overridden 13 entries manually set :-(

ReScan of receipts for new features

It would be helpful to be able to rescan a receipt. For example currently the credit card only gets assigned if its setup. If I find that out later it would be helpful to rescan those receipts. Or you are planning on extracting line items. Once that feature is available I might want to rerun the extract process (https://sparkreceipt.featurebase.app/p/breakdown-the-receipt-into-individual-items) And I do understand that it might incur potentially more AI cost if many users use the feature. So not sure how to handle that but it would be very helpful

New user should not be asked to verify its email if account created via invitation

As a test, I invited an accountant. He received the invitation email, and followed the link. Once logged, he had the “please verify email”, which is weird as the clicked link demonstrates that the email address was valid ! Note: this is the second invitation to that email address (already invited on another account)

Breakdown the receipt into individual items

Is it possible to breakdown the receipt into individual items and make a list of the items with prices so that we can do analysis on the specific items later?

I guys, I would appreciate if there would be a feature that automatically scan all positions of a receipt,taken by camera or uploaded as pdf,and match categories automatically, even at the beginning would be needed manually probably, and sum the all values by category. Being able to assign multiple expense categories from the same receipt

We purchase several categories of expenses on the same transaction, it would be nice to be able to assign each one correctly

Extend storage duration from 3 years to 7 years

As a regular user of Spark Receipt, I highly value the simplicity and efficiency the service provides for managing receipts. However, I would like to request an enhancement that would add greater value for users: increasing the storage duration for receipts from the current 3 years to 7 years. Rationale for the Request: Extending the storage period to 7 years would better meet compliance needs, as many businesses and individuals are required to retain financial records for up to seven years to satisfy various legal and tax obligations. This longer storage option would not only improve compliance but also provide peace of mind for users who need long-term record retention without managing additional storage solutions externally. Suggested Implementation: An option to extend the storage period could be made available as a feature in the settings, or as an upgrade in a higher-tier package if required. Benefits: Enhances user satisfaction by aligning with long-term compliance needs. Provides users with a more comprehensive solution for long-term financial data retention. I would be great to analyze bank statements and credit card statements to import expenses.

Bulk upload receipts in the web app

The current implementation in the web app is clumsy when adding multiple receipts in one go. Add an easier method to bulk-upload receipts.

Please consider to add a backup feature. This could be as easy as downloading a file and storing it locally.
